At Strong Coffee Company, we pour our heart into every blend. We know trying something new can feel like a gamble, so we keep it simple:
Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We proudly offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all flavors. If you don’t love it, just let us know within 30 days and we’ll refund you for the product.
- The guarantee can be used once per flavor per customer. (Think of it as your safety net for exploring our lineup—try them all over time, but no repeat refunds on the same flavor.)
- Refunds apply to the product cost only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
A Few Exceptions
- Subscription orders are not covered by the guarantee.
- Limited-edition collabs are final sale (small-batch = no returns).
- Apparel and wearables are final sale.
For Our Canadian Friends
Returns are accepted from Canada, but we can’t provide prepaid shipping labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable.
Refunds are given for 30 days with a money-back guarantee.

We’re so sorry! Email us with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send you a replacement.
I got a subscription order I wasn’t ready for.
No stress—subscriptions are flexible. Log in to your account anytime to skip, delay, swap flavors, or cancel your order. You’re in full control.
Can I return my order?
Yes! If your order is unopened and within 30 days, you can send it back. We’ll refund the product cost, minus the return shipping label fee.
I accidentally ordered the wrong item.
It happens. If it’s unopened and undamaged, we’ll accept it back within 30 days. Once it’s returned, we’ll refund you for the product, minus shipping costs.
Do you accept returns on wearables, apparel, or accessories?
No—those are final sale.
Do you accept returns on limited-edition or collaboration products?
Because they’re unique and small-batch, all limited-edition and collaboration items are final sale.
