This workout routine is designed by Celebrity trainer Adam Von Rothfelder, a former mixed martial arts pro athlete, Versace model, and star of the NETFLIX series "STRONG."
Start STRONG is an 8-week training program that will help you develop your body and mind with limited equipment and time by utilizing an online workout approach.
Adam created these workout plans as a complete program. It combines strength training & conditioning, mobility, and focused breathing sessions. This approach is here to help you start this year STRONG by building muscle, losing weight, and burning fat!
This program comes complete with STRONG Coffee's full-body instant lattes and an easy-to-understand Nutritional guide. You will have everything you need to Start STRONG.
Start STRONG is made for the person with no time, limited equipment, and who loves smashing their personal goals and a great cup of coffee. Start STRONG can also accommodate all fitness levels.

Session Duration: 8 weeks
Five 40 minute Training sessions per week. These sessions will start with a 5 min mobility-focused warmup and lead into a full-body Strength & Conditioning session.
Two 30 minute Mobility sessions per week. These are full-body mobility sessions w/ alternating focuses. This is where we focus on recovery and developing new ranges of motion.
Three Breathing sessions a week. These sessions are short, but worth every breath. To help you recover, reduce cortisol, and increase performance, we exercise proven breathing methods throughout the week.
Equipment needs: Your home gym, CrossFit box, or big box gyms will all do.
